To nominate a film:
Complete the online application form
With a synopsis of your nominated film in no more than 300 words
Send biographies of key production personnel (if known)
The winning film must be:
(a) A storyline that is able to engage the child's faculties and encourage him or her to positively contribute to the development of a more desirable society.
(b) A story suitable for children or family viewing.
(c) Have a storyline that is believable, realistic, dramatic and entertaining
